- The people are what make Verint special and there are still some good people left at Verint. - Leadership is trying to change the culture, starting to build a sense of urgency in some pockets of the organization.

- Politics. Oh, the politics. - Product innovation and enhancements have been sacrificed in favor of near-term priorities, leaving the portfolio behind the rest of the market. - Most of the company would struggle to name more than three of the 35+ products that the Verint AEs carry in their bag. - Marketing messages are non-existent. The Marketing team would say they are understaffed, but the rest of the market would say (and has said) "Verint who?"
