A good opportunity where your challenged and rewarded for your effort.A company that encourages and also guides you to success.A working environment where people work together for a greater goal. Well brother your in the wrong place because none of that is happening here. The little man who has a little man complex who has to degrade and ridicule employees so he can feel powerful . Thats this company.

its a small little person who wants to be big but isn't because he has to humiliate , degrade , punish, threaten, yell, lye, lye, cheat, ridicule, thats the world in Vericore. Thats the small little person who wants to be powerful way of running the business. No money nothing positive no talking no thinking no individual. If this was years and years ago like around WWII you would see the similarity between then and now

Pros

It's legitimately an opportunity for one of the front line sales reps to make six figures. It won't happen overnight, but the clients you bring in are coded with your sales number, so the longer you are there the more money you can make. I was always treated well by management and experienced success. Definitely have some reps there making money, both in sales and collections. Honest company where the expectations are laid out in front of you and you are given plenty of feedback on how to improve. Great hours!

Can be a grind if you are not used to phone sales where metrics are on display for everyone to see. It's not "micro-management"...it's called MANAGEMENT. Those that don't like being held accountable don't last long. Those that take feedback as a way to improve don't mind it at all. Gotta be sharp and quick to overcome objections and alert for opportunities during a call.
