Remote working and great people on the ground.

Serious attrition issue in the last 2 years. Company and culture has been completely lost since CEO took over. CEO is all about results and no people skills. This is leading to low morale on the ground and a company which feels like its quickly being run into the ground. A far cry from the good old days where you felt valued , no matter what job you did. I am not sure how the Board can be so blind to what is going on. Product is failing as we will not innovate quick enough.
