Where do I start? 4 pm “engagement” meetings that nobody wants to attend. Changed PTO policy from unlimited to 3 weeks, they initially made sick days a part of this 3 week policy. I wonder what sick person thought of this policy, probably lives to work and doesn’t work to live. They walked it back because they realized how idiotic this decision was, lol There were several employees that got promotions yet a 0% raise. Veeva is very well known for under paying and they’re taking advantage of it. Not even an inflation adjustment, pathetic.
