Ageism has unfortunately become a problem. Amazing new building = pumped up some egos. A lot of very aggressive, over-ambitious types. Work life balance touted on website but left in dust by middle managers. More difficult to move into different departments...VP and Director level managers increasingly want only genius-level people from "top schools"
