- went from unlimited PTO to only 15 days including sick days, meaning if you get sick suddenly and are out for 4 days you only have 11 days of PTO for the year - recent policy changes (very limited PTO, daily stand up meetings at 9am, ‘work from anywhere’ does not mean anywhere - can’t work more than two time zones away without higher up approval)
