Management prioritizes better performing employees. Lack of training tools. You get a one on one training with your manager on a variety of tasks and procedures and then are on your own. You can refer back to PowerPoints for clarification that are lengthy, confusing, and unorganized. You will be ranked everyday based on your performance the previous day- either in the red, yellow, or green zone. If you are consistently in red or yellow for two weeks- you will be fired with no opportunity for retraining. Lack of overall company morale company is filthy rich while employees struggle to pay the bills
