Flat structure, it’s almost impossible to grow inside the company and you won’t move to different areas if you don’t have some friend inside. Ridiculous high and middle management with no people management skills at all and sometimes without communication and language skills. Totally absence of flexibility in every field. Salaries below the average. Obvious and disconcerting discrimination between contractor and veeva employees as between DS and different departments out in the open. DS, especially contractors, are never invited to any company event, but they are allowed to eat the remains of food after the events, as you do with dogs.
