Can be flexible on time off....can be really flexible depending on who you know.
Kontras
The people that don't want to work get their work pushed onto others. Getting a promotion is a joke unless your friends with the current Management Team. Pay is about $10k less then you can make somewhere else. Nothing is ever written down so then can change so the can change Policies on the fly. Direct Team leads missing 2-3 days a week but they learn this from the Managers above them. This makes it hard to get things done that you need. Don't have a differing opinion or you get marked as a trouble employee.
