The organization lets me explore new ideas and cutting-edge algorithms to improve the performance of the product. Collaborating with varied skillset teams like the mathematically driven algorithm team and the ML team gives me a new outlook on everyday work problems. The management listens to new ideas and actively contributes to the discussion. Management keeps the employees very well informed on the business outlook. Working with CAD Topology (a very challenging subject) to work with gives an in-depth knowledge of the inner workings of a cad model.
