Pros
Company is nimble and move very fast, less red tape and bureaucracy. No Drama Team work and good technology. Management is very hands on and on the ground and understand the problems faced by the ground ( after Nov 2023). High potential growth and great place to grow and earn money!

Use to be very drama with some mid level manager playing politics and create negativity in the local team and thus create individual camps / groups which is wary of each other's actions and words, which make working as a team difficult. However this has been resolved after the mid level manager left the company. less brand awareness as the company is very focused on technology R&D, only recently the company starts to get more involved in branding and events. so there's still a lot of things need to be done for growth.
