Contract renewals were routinely presented with no changes in role title or compensation despite significant changes in responsibilities. - Minimal regard for both clients and contractors. Their primary focus appears to be maximizing profit and cutting costs, often at the expense of contractor experience and client satisfaction. - Cost‑driven approach to uniform requirements. Although they claim to follow the client’s uniform policies, approvals are handled in an extremely restrictive and cost‑focused manner, making it difficult to obtain what is actually required. - Uncompetitive benefits. The benefits offered are significantly below industry standards and do not provide meaningful value to employees.
