This company needs to review how they recruit contractors. Their Right to Represent does not have enough information to ensure only that one position is the only one covered by the R2R. Also, they offered the same contracted position for $50,000 less than one of their competitors. If they value their workforce, they should not take advantage of them and treat them as they would want to be treated themselves.
