Consultants are exposed to projects in the financial services sector and trained to perform testing according to industry standards like OWASP WSTG and MASTG. The workload is reasonable, consultants are trusted with a fair degree of autonomy to get things done and support is readily available when escalation is required. With new leadership at the helm, the company is well-positioned to regain its footing and reach even greater heights.

Onsite work can be frequent at times, but this is not uncommon in the industry (otherwise hybrid arrangement applies). It also helps build strong camaraderie among the team, as onsite projects are often located around the same area, allowing colleagues to bond over lunch.
