Very very bad environment in the company (Mobility department) - Software Engineer bei ValueFirst Digital Media: Mitarbeiterbewertung

If you join mobility department, It will screw up your work profile, screw up your life. I keep on writing codes again and again without any proper document and then do not give you proper time to complete the project even after giving repeated changes and if you ask them what type of feature do you want in the starting , they will say 'do as you please' .When you completed you task after days of effort , then they will say please change it it to this without increasing deadline,(If they want this later ,why did not they tell me before, waste my time and effort ). If you try to leave this job , they will give documentation work , if you completed , then they will ask to do it again by saying these word because you did it in wrong way . You will be mentally torture if you join their, management is so bad that they do't know how to manage team. They also want us to working late night form home also. what does it mean , I do't have any personal life.
