Pros

My co-workers make this place bearable. Some of the customers that call in and thank us for the good work that we do sometimes.

Kontras

1. In the field the reps have a hard line sales pitch to customers that comes off offensive at times and we have to hear about it from the customer. 2. Management does not address customer service issues at all. They are all about booking appointments closing the deal at any cost and there is no accountability once the work is done.

Pros

You can work part-time in the evenings. Some of the coworkers are nice and make the job bearable. The owners are quite often out of the office doing who knows what.

Kontras

It's amazing how uncomfortably warm it is in the office with all the shade thrown at us from management. The owner Jim K got the business from his dad. It's apparent he did not work his way to the top. He got a certificate from Harvard and thinks it's an MBA. His clouded vision infects every aspect of the company. The successful sales people prey on the pain of someone with a flooded basement. The pressure in the office is almost unbearable at times.
