Pros

I worked for a great company called Absolunet before the merger with Valtech. I worked with some of the most passionate and dedicated people i have ever met. Unfortunately, the vast majority of these people are now gone because of the cons i will list below.

Kontras

Compensation below market for many technical roles. Limited visible investment in employee growth or long-term career development. Multiple rounds of layoffs within a single year, often communicated in a way that felt opaque rather than transparent. Frequent restructuring cycles that disrupt teams, projects, and continuity. External AI-focused branding does not reflect the internal reality — employees must actively push to gain access to tools like Copilot. Leadership promotions and role changes that lack clear communication about impact or purpose. High turnover across technical teams. Burnout is common and morale has noticeably declined. Many technical employees openly discuss leaving. It is increasingly difficult to find long-term optimism about the company’s direction. The company values are often promoted (#Share, #Dare, #Care), but from an employee perspective, these principles do not consistently translate into day-to-day experience.

Pros

Great work environment. Real commitment to diversity that goes beyond the surface level.

Kontras

Thin spread of employees that results in a lot of work on each contributor individually.

Pros

Great well known clients & interesting projects.

Kontras

There are no growth opportunities; people managers don't know how to lead; there are layoffs every 2 months for the past 18 months; there is no training (employees are told to learn on their own time / weekends) because if they are not >50% chargeable, they are on the RIF list. The company grew through acquisitions but never integrated or unified the various companies. There are no standard processes, everything is ad hoc. There were no raises this year and no bonuses either of the last 2 years.
