We are continually working to improve the level of transparency surrounding important issues brought up by our employees. In the past year we have implemented systems that allow for continuous feedback that is directly spoken to during our monthly town halls including pulse engagement surveys and a yammer group where you can directly ask questions to the CEO. Transparency is a key focus of our entire organization and we strive to be as open and honest with our staff to share important information at the right times. Pros

I really enjoyed working here. I was given lots of opportunity to drive improvement and own my business. Employees are empowered and trusted to deliver on their skill sets. Rewarding and challenging work for Microsoft and other clients. Comp was good and bonus. I liked leadership a lot.

Silent layoffs with colleagues disappearing without notice or explanation. Hours allocated to projects rarely reflect actual workload — employees are expected to juggle multiple client projects simultaneously with low allocation per project, tight timelines, and high quality standards to meet client expectations during presentations. Consistent pressure from leadership to be more cross-functional, take on additional responsibilities, and drive 100% renewal of existing client contracts. Many colleagues are based in Kochi, India, requiring employees to work extended hours or adjust their schedules to bridge the communication and time zone gap. Paid below market rate.
