It’s very easy, very repetitive, and honestly if you have good customer service you’ll love the actual “job” that you do

Even though they hire you as a customer service representative, they eventually make you a “collector” so you’re doing double the work for the same $13/hr pay. UBP has 5 branches and they want you to do all 5 both inbound and outbound, customer service side AND collections side, but no raise or bonus.
