      The only good thing about this is company is that it is in Blacksburg and close to VT.

      Micromanagement by Chairman for every little issue. Company is not growing and salaries are below par. No 401 K match or bonuses, but senior management would rather spend a good amount of X-mas party. Family members of senior management are hired when they are not suitable for the job and would actually delay the assignments. No growth and no prospect in this small company as it hasn't grown since last 10 years.

      Pros

      Some upward mobility, opportunity to learn, travel. Nice and talented people as colleagues. Beautiful area of Virginia and situation in the Corporate Research Center by Virginia Tech.

      Management was largely terrible. Either you were being micromanaged or not managed at all. Attempts to approve things were met with smiles and approval but never followed through upon.
