      - some fun, hard working people - massively dedicated towards finding a working solution for all parties

      Kontras

      - a bit hectic, but aren't all experiential production companies (especially when it comes down to the wire?!)

      Pros

      Much more creative freedom and a supportive environment that encourages collaboration rather than forcing everyone into silos or to compete with each other. Much less toxic environment than most corporate entertainment companies. Unrestricted Vacation time shows that they value work/life balance more than most companies.

      Kontras

      Honestly not much, could use some more work re: shop safety and inclusiveness (needs more diversity in the workforce).
