      Pros

      Dress code is casual, Given alot of autonomy to run your business the way you choose to do so, President is very friendly and approachable and some of that trickles down to management, are free to take PTO when you choose

      can be mundane at times, micromanging and criticism is way too promenant when about mistakes or when production is not met. A lot of bait and switch from what you are told before you work here and what the reality is after you start.

      Pros

      Great company to work for with a lot of really great people. Nice building, hybrid work, good company culture.

      VISTA was acquired by Ingenovis Health a few years ago and since Ingenovis has decimated a lot of positions. Laying off a lot of employees, some right before Christmas. I would not say this is a con for VISTA, but more for Ingenovis who owns VISTA.
