      VIS Group, Inc. fosters an unhealthy, hostile work environment. The CEO and owners conduct themselves unprofessionally, contributing to the harassment of employees, aggravating an already contentious environment. Furthermore, the company deceitfully takes money from several associations they manage and fraudulently distributes the money to multiple accounts in attempts to hide the fraudulent behavior.

      Hello, I am very shocked to hear about these issues. VIS Group has grown drastically since this review was posted, but even in 2018 we did not condone harassment or unlawful behaviors. Our leadership has always taken the approach to learn from their mistakes and grow, and we believe that the company will continue to improve as time goes on. Thank you.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunity for growth. The company likes to promote from within and VIS is growing, so there are new positions that open up. Supported management - as a cam you are supported by multiple team leads, their team members, and you are supported by a number of senior managers, and the director of operations. If none of them can help, the CEO will jump in to assist as well. Diversity - the team is made up of talented and interesting individuals that come from different backgrounds and cultures. Flexibility- after a probationary period, cams are offered a flexible schedule.

      Stressful - this industry is so stressful. Portfolio community management is not for the faint of heart.
