Company communicates any changes in a timely manner, very friendly environment, non toxic culture, people are friendly, willing to help and everyone is working as a team towards achieving the company's goal as well us individual employee's goals. EXCELLENT LEADERSHIP TEAM, always willing to listen, passionate, patient and knowledgeable, empathetic and have open door policy, no micromanagement, ALL MANAGERS have very strong work ethics, respectful, understanding, very supportive and always find the right words to uplift, inspire and motivate team members. as someone who worked in a healthcare over 20 years i can affirmatively and confidently say VIPcare/SaludVIP IS a great, safe place to work, become successful and even have a chance to grow within the organization!

Everything is a learning experience, and nothing is perfect. The internal operational system is a bit delayed and we were advised that organization is aware and working on it.

Lower patient volume allows for higher quality care.

Don’t stick to what they promised interviews. Can’t believe anything that isn’t in writing. Office manager and regional manager with no advanced medical training in charge and influence clinical decisions without input from clinicians. Regional managers with no medical office experience lacking knowledge necessary to appropriately advocate for needs of the office. Leadership and operations make decisions without discussing with clinical staff leading to significant downstream complications in day to day practice. Bonus structure is easily impacted by factors outside of office control. Very high turnover rate for physicians and support staff.
