Pros

I worked for the company for 5 years. I had four great years until the new president took over. Since Jan 2015 I can't remember a good time there and not having employees talk to me that hated working there. The culture is damage, nobody wants to be there anymore. Wait there is a PRO to working for ThreatTrack. The people (NOT LEADERSHIP) the actual people who keep the company running. Also the HR department is GREAT! They care for the people and want to make a great and safe working environment for the staff.

Kontras

The have leadership that does not have enough experience in the security space/Anti Virus Space. They have a bunch of highly paid executives that are dragging the company into the ground. President doesn't care about his employees. Only cares about his pocket book. Raise quotes on all sales and then report a lower number to the board in order for him to make his bonus. He wants to force morale in the company "either you are with us, or against us!". News flash idiot, you can force morale! Respect is earn and not given. CMO- He has tons of excuses as to why there is no marketing materials and or leads coming to the reps. Every time you bring up an issue, he deflects to someone or something else. Bring it up to the President and he does the same. There is no accountability when it comes to the leadership at ThreatTrack, but accountability is certainly there for the reps! It's a sinking ship, if you work there get out! If you are interviewing, find somewhere else to work.

Pros

VIPRE has been part of Ziff Davis since 2018. The company has been transformed within the last few years with a new leadership who really cares. Our voices are heard and we have new employee platforms that help managers to motivate and reward our teams. Our benefits are outstanding and compensation is on the market. There is a lot of opportunity for growth and advancement.

Kontras

Remote work could be challenging but we have team meetings and use regular video Zoom meetings, play games, and stay connected. We also can travel to meetings and events.
