Pros
There are not very many pros to working for this company, other than working for a paycheck. They do not value employee loyalty nor care about their employees.
Kontras
When you work a full 12 hour day, you may not get a lunch break, and if you do its a 30 minute max or you get in trouble. I've worked here more than a year and in the last four months they went through 4 different insurance companies for employees and hired an outside staffing company then fired them cause they don't want to pay outsiders. I've seen varies violations that could be reported, but had fear of retaliation. Unless you are family you will not have any advancement. If you are offered a job here, don't take it. You'd be better off working fast food.
