Call center manager is very unprofessional and disorganized, call center is more like a high school with rumors floating about that you are questioned about like its a part of your work performance and it has nothing to do with your work performance and is not affecting it. There is no real support for the supervisors or team leads from the managers. Its like a trust no one question everyone environment.
