Toxic, performative culture: There’s a surface-level friendliness, but it’s mostly fake. People often talk behind each other’s backs, and it’s hard to trust anyone. Micromanagement after app launch: Since the release of the new app, the credit team has been heavily micromanaged. Everything is under scrutiny.
