Great example of a dysfunctional company. C-Level/Executive Management is dishonest, unaccountable, and lacks leadership. President is manipulative and has no self-awareness, CEO is paralyzed when decisions need to be made and if decisions are made it's emotionally based.

Attrition rate says it all - 90% attrition rate of middle & Sr management in 4 years. Average tenure is 2 years due to high number of resignations, multiple layoffs, and terminations.
