It's hard to say any pros. However they provide a bonus of entire one month salary during 'Durga puja' month.
Kontras
No work bonus, extra time shifting, manipulate employee by sweet words, if that doesn't work out then intentionally pressurize people. Frustrating work culture, no professionalism, event pressure and many more. It's a nightmare for all the designers who do work for 'versus'.
