From the moment I started at VC3, you could immediately feel that they genuinely wanted to help you grow. There's so much to learn here, especially if you're open to picking up new skills, from technical work all the way to client handling. The leaders here are approachable, not the "untouchable" type, so even as a new hire, you're not afraid to ask questions. The training is honestly comprehensive, you never feel like you're just thrown in and left to figure things out on your own.

No cons for now, just the positive parts.

I've had a good experience working here overall. My coworkers are easy to work with, and most people are willing to answer questions if you need help. Once you learn the job, you're trusted to handle your work without someone constantly checking on you. The environment is professional but still relaxed, and I picked up a lot of new skills during my time here.

Some days are physically demanding.
