1. Salary is delayed and Biased policies that favours higher level managers 2. Those who stayed longer years became managers than their skills. Such worst decisions, People who became managers were not fit at all. They are build by their ego and close connections to CEO 3. 2000's like factory oriented mindset people. Our presence = our work belief. No WFH. Managers hate people who take WFH. But managers can take indefinite WFH, Leaves. Audacity of senior managers and project managers. 4. Managers will never allow realistic efforts and timelines suggested by engineers that leads to Over burden and Extended hours working. Please hire Managers from MNC. This place is not fit to work.
