Pros
It’s not a complicated job and easy to get the hang of it and mostly friendly staff. Basic salary is reasonable and there is the possibility to earn commission.
Kontras
Some of the team leaders are extremely pushy. The commission structure only favours the few who excel at every aspect of the job, otherwise you are penalised unfairly if you are weaker in one area. 9-hour shift with 40 min lunch break and two 10 min breaks either side. Very deceptive approach with a website designed to look like other suppliers. 99% of callers don’t realise they aren’t speaking with their energy provider.
