High career visibility; competitive compensation structure; great co-workers in general; chance to be seen and make a difference, you're not "a number" here. New leaders seem really engaged and are a breath of fresh air. A lot of unrealized potential here that looks like it is going to be acted upon.
Kontras
Still a bit paternalistic in spots, but getting better. There has been some micro-management and that seems to be subsiding as new leadership has come on board. Increasingly results-oriented, so if you're not....stay away...no room for career cruisers anymore. 401k profit sharing match has deteriorated over the recent past - used to be a consistent 125% of the employee contributions.
