The company is flexible - continuously listening and changing to accommodate both customers and employees. There is a clear focus and intention to hire and promote internally.

Since some employees work remote and it's an international company, there are often way too many meetings that just take a lot of time out of the day. But, they do serve a purpose and help create a culture of support, trust and collaboration.
