- no respect for personal time - one common toilet in an overcrowded office which is actually an apartment - no kitchen space - only 6 days a month you are ALLOWED to work remotely, with 2-3 days mandatory notice before (might not get approved if the management does not feel like it) - no opportunity for growth - a possible salary raise is discussed once a year and you’re not allowed to take part in the negotiations. The management decides if you get a raise or not (depends on their mood I guess) - management saying you’re easily replaced and basically just disposable material and they might as well hire someone from a third country and they will ask for less money - no benefits whatsoever - the company won’t compensate you for the taxi ride home at the end of the day (when public transportation is barely, if not, available) - no lunch tickets - medical insurance barely covers anything (you have to offer yourself as a slave to this company to get a decent medical insurance) - you will be constantly micromanaged and reminded that no reason is a good reason to be late even by 5 minutes - you will be constantly monitored (audio-video, and keycards to see how many times and for how long you went outside). If you forget your keycard at home, they don’t count that day into the paycheck
