Overwhelming work load - Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) bei Upwork: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Workload was overwhelming, lack of training on day-to-day tasks, training on overview of company was extremely overwhelming. Hustle training program was 8a-5p zoom meetings for 4 weeks and didn't prepare me for my actual role/position. I worked remote but had entirely too much of a workload to only work 40 hours a week.
