Sales culture needs to change - Account Manager bei Upwork: Mitarbeiterbewertung

It pains me to write this because I have had wonderful sales managers while working here. Unfortunately, I can not say the same for executive sales leadership. While the company as a whole has fantastic values and care for people, unfortunately the sales org does not. The way the sales org is run needs to change.
