Internal politics and relationships can play a significant role in determining opportunities and outcomes. For individuals seeking stability, structure, professional development, and a clear path for growth, this organization may not be the best fit. Advancement opportunities often seemed dependent on personal relationships with senior leadership rather than merit alone. Additionally, the company relied heavily on automated candidate-scoring systems throughout the hiring process. While technology can improve efficiency, it often appeared to prioritize algorithmic rankings over a more comprehensive understanding of a candidate’s skill (if you are stuck wondering why you were passed up on regardless of qualifications). Lastly, i can guarantee they still have not figured out the correct bonus structure that was advertised.
