Pros
-Senior leadership are strong and supporting. No big egos. -"First Movers" in the market. Not a lot of competition that does what Altify does. -Product leadership is really good and innovative. It'll take a long time for competition to catch up.
Kontras
-At the whim of salesforce.com. If SFDC decides to build similar products, it will hurt Altify's position. Or if the SFDC relationship sours, it would also hurt Altify. -Being the "first mover" means taking risks and making mistakes. There have been a few of those over my tenure that have hurt growth. -Poor hiring in the past has hurt as well but this seems to have been fixed.
