      I'm the founder, so *obviously* most people reading this won't believe me, but God knows I'm being truthful here. Unvoid has the best team I've ever worked with in my entire life. They all aligned with the company values. They all have extreme ownership, and they also have the technical knowledge to execute their job exceptionally well. That's the only way I can summarize the pros of Unvoid: The best team I've ever worked with.

      Extreme ownership can turn into workaholism pretty easily. It's hard to maintain a healthy work/life balance when you love and deeply care about what you do.

      - Experiência - Trabalho em equipe - Usar inglês (bem de vez em quando) - Se der sorte, contato com cliente - Equipe competente

      - Pejotização - Retrabalho infinito - Nenhum projeto é de fato lançado ao mercado, tudo é refeito um zilhão de vezes e quando chega perto de lançamento o CEO abandona ideia e muda pra um novo produto sem mais, nem menos. - Designers recebem bem menos que o time de desenvolvimento, mesmo quem estava em posição senior recebia no mínimo, R$5.000 a menos que um desenvolvedor. - Cultura extremamente tóxica.
