Lack of functional management structure.

I have ZERO pros for this company. The people working alongside you are just as bad as the management on up.

Physically(almost sexually) assaulted by a coworker whom was removed from many sites due to complaints from female residents. Management that sweeps it under the rug and gets mad at you for defending yourself and reporting it. Hires druggies, alcoholics and under the table criminals and underage minors instead of using their real employees. Constant schedule changes at last minute. Racism and favoritism non stop. Unpaid for overtime. Unpaid for mileage earned even though the policy states it for certain sites. Unprofessional and confrontational whenever an employee has questions or concerns. Just overall a bad company at least in Michigan, and Illinois. Expects one guard to be good enough to handle the boss’s job and working the site and handling calls from other guards but will never back you or get two guards on dangerous sites even after so many incidents that the POLICE say you are unsafe there alone.
