      Benefits are great. There's lots of options for growth for the right person. You learn to operate all kinds of heavy machinery.

      Managers usually ask for too much. Expect long hrs and lots of corrections, because you have to do things the way they want.

      Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

      Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
