      - Good management - Great technology (ofcourse depends on the team and project you are on). - Flexible work environment - Free Parking in down town Halifax. (which is huge) - Friendly co workers and managers - Great appreciation of work - Amazing Work life balance

      - Employees worth is realized only when they decide to leave. - Agile on paper but actually doing waterfall. Not Unisys' fault but its just the nature of the projects and clients. - Not open to new ideas

      The company does a good job communicating what their ongoing and ultimate goals are.

      Advancement opportunities don't seem to be the most clear or abundant, but it's also convoluted and could heavily depend on which team you're hired onto since it's a contracting company.
