Pay is good. They support a remote workforce but be prepared to travel.

Continual expense reductions put the pressure on people to do more. Salary increases, if any, are minimal and spread thin. Unisys is not an employee-centric company. It's a revolving door and management doesn't seem to be concerned with it, however it is a concern of clients.
