      flexible location is by my house nice people to work with work/life balance is unbeatable. because noone cares if you come or go

      team moral is shocking feel like noone cares about you as an employee (never see managers) no team or Unisys events. I have to organise christmas dinners Progression is just a time thing. pay rises are very rare and bonus are non existant. Grab as much money before you join

      Advancement opportunities don't seem to be the most clear or abundant, but it's also convoluted and could heavily depend on which team you're hired onto since it's a contracting company.
