Internal politics that halt creativity, family members dotted in each department means no objectivity, swearing and bullying in staff meetings, huge turn over of staff because of unprofessional attitude towards sales, service, support and development. Most work is patching problems and the innovation is referred to internally as "another science experiment". Customers are valued but only at the onset, then the motivation is lost, development slows right down because the unapproachable director in charge is having, yet another bad day, and a substandard product is eventually delivered. This is immensely frustrating for development staff who work long days and nights and weekends.
