While I was there the company moved to hospitality included, which cost servers a lot of money, and still didn't reconcile the wage gap between front and back of house. White employees were often promoted and there were disparaging, racist comments made to Black employees at the time. Managers showed blatant disregard for employees' safety in the face of unruly customers.
