      Pros

      There used to be great clients here, but I feel like they've all gone away. Lance is a very creative and inspiring guy, if you can get him to focus and be respectful.

      Run by chauvinists who cross the line often. Very disrespectful of work/life balance. Toxic culture that focuses on flashy awards that solve zero problems for clients.
