Didn't have to be first with various programs took what worked and left behind what didn't work for other banks. Clients trust us. Training programs are available internally and encourages employees to go to school withl tutition reimbursement.

New Sr. Mangement seems to see branch employees as expendable. Sales employees are being groomed not retaining the bankers are currently on staff. While you talk about the long term employees being important, advancement into senior positions seem to be coming from the outside and the good ol boys network.
