You will be involved in more aspects of the business than if you were at a bigger company; so be ready to multitask. Very casual daily working environment. Room to move up in the company for a motivated individual.

If you desire a regimented schedule and clearly defined responsibilities, this is not the place for you. This business has been around for 30 plus years, so it's not a glitzy new start-up; the facility and equipment are dated.
